Cancellation policy

[Cancellation of reservation]

For cancellations, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
A cancellation fee will be charged for any of the following.

・Cancellation 3 or 2 days prior: 50% of course price
・Cancellation the day before or the day of booking: 100% of the course price

[Please let us know if you will be late]

If you will not be on your reservation time due to traffic conditions or sudden problems, please contact us as soon as you know.
If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the reservation time without contacting us, we will cancel without notice and charge 100% of the reservation price.

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your booking, change the date and time, or change the number of gests.
