Regarding Reservations

- Children must be 12 years or older and able to enjoy the same course menu as adults in order to dine with us.

- We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing strong fragrances or overly casual attire. (Please avoid visiting us in T-shirts or shorts.)

Regarding Cancellations

For changes or cancellations, please notify us at least one week in advance for parties of five or more and four days in advance for parties of one to four guests.
After these periods, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

[For parties of 5 or more]

- Cancellation 6 to 2 days prior: 50% of the course fee
- Cancellation on the day before or the day of reservation: 100% of the course fee

[For parties of 1 to 4]

- Cancellation 3 to 2 days prior: 50% of the course fee
- Cancellation on the day before or the day of reservation: 100% of the course fee

If you anticipate being late due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or other urgent matters, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible once you become aware.
Please note that if 30 minutes or more have passed from your reservation time without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically cancelled, and 100% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
